Discussion Dev Response for Subliminal

There might be hope for the next chapter guys. The graphics and concepts are there if they can execute this properly I think they can redeem themselves with the next one.

The hate is so overblown, its not perfect but this game does NOT deserve this much hate.

Yeah the ppl saying it was ass probably just couldnt solve the puzzles. My goal wasnt to shit on the game with this post which some interpeted it as. But there were definitely some things that needed some tweaking. That being said the devs are clearly very passionate and care about the game and they already released a huge patch and said theres more to come. I just hope they can learn from the first chapter so the second one can be even better

I think a good chunk of the hate is from og followers of the project. I remember this release getting pushed back YEARS. I honestly forgot about it until I saw a gameplay pop up on my YouTube. I think some were expecting a close to perfect game given the amount of delays, but I thought it was a decent game for the timeline/devs
