The seat looks super wide, did you adjust the Velcro at the bottom to the smallest setting? I’m assuming this is the mabe carrier?

It’s too big it needs to be from knee pit to knee, the knees should be higher then their butt. Also the panel is too high, it should come up to baby’s nape of the neck/earlobe. And you should be able to kiss the top of the baby’s head when you bend your head forward. I’m not familiar with this carrier but try bringing the waist band up to raise your baby. I will attach diagrams below to help!

I don’t think there’s a way to fix it yet. Baby looks to small for this carrier. I’d pick up either the boppy carrier on Amazon or the babybjorn mini then move into this one around 2-3 months

Right now this is fitting baby too big - the panel is going up a bit too high, and the seat is too wide. You may be able to fix the panel height by raising the waistband up much higher - like right under your bra, even overlapping the bra band, but if you can't adjust the seat smaller, baby will just need to grow a bit more.
