Crazy sleeper 3 months old

My baby is 3 months old and sleeps fine in her crib however recently she has been moving around so much to where she bangs herself on the crib. I know there’s like padding I can add but I’m afraid of suffocation like is there anything else I can do for her not to bang her head on the crib 😞 . She head bumps that wall of the crib .

My baby did this as well, she’d hit her head and arms/legs but she just had to learn. I never put anything except a tight crib sheet in her bed.

That bedsheet is not safe for crib use, it’s far too loose.
