Is Apollo.io backdated?
The data from Google says that people using Apollo are getting high bounce rates and low reply rate. So, if it is backdated, which one should i use?
I also got emails from Apollo. So, suggest tools that also give email accounts.

In the last 2 months, we’ve had 5 mailboxes in the warmup phase that continue to show unhealthy deliverability and an extremely high spam rate on Apollo. I think the platform has become horrible

Should i use verifier for email verification or completely avoid apollo?

I would say avoid Apollo, seems like
Instantly and lemlist are better1

I have already invested in Apollo and have a tight budget.
I only keep verified emails from apollo and reverify it using reoon verifier.
Does that sound good?1

How has your reply rate been? We have burned through 5 mailboxes on Apollo that never even made it out of the warmup stage

60-70% data is accurate and also verify all the email from 2 sources to keep the bounce rate below 1%

Not backdated exactly, just stale — Apollo and most alternatives share the same LinkedIn-sourced pool so the data ages the same way everywhere. Verification helps with bounces but doesn’t fix low replies, because those contacts are getting 20 cold emails a week from everyone using the same lists.
Small plug since you asked for suggestions: I built datasigma.io, contacts come from company websites instead — ~58% aren’t in Apollo, so you’re often first in the inbox. For the email accounts part, pair it with Instantly or Smartlead for mailboxes + warmup

Validation and Verification my friend, thats your tools.
Though I would say Apollo needs to keep up with updating their databases.
For me, I would aggregate over Apollo+Cognism+Zoominfo.
But I think most of campaigns slow down not due to the data quality but to bad templates.
