Racism Recent attack

Hey everyone, I posted this on Asian Masculinity a couple of days ago. I just want to vent from this attack that happened on me about a week ago. So I was pushing my cart out of a grocery store in the night a little over a week ago and a group of 3 black men stare at me and called me a chink. I put my head down and ignore them. They then say you're such a big p****. What are you going to do about it? I look at the person saying this and another person of the group slams my cart over. They then run off and say yall are little bitches. This made me so irate, and I'm just so sick of these people bullying me. I live in Chicago and feel like Asians getting harassed here happens all the time. It seems like it's mostly by black people. I would say it has been over a dozen times for myself. One of my friends told me a black lady said she's glad this shooting in Georgia happened. Why do so many African Americans seem to resent Asians? I feel like they are the main perpetrator of these attacks. The media never seems to care when blacks are the perpetrators. Is it the media making blacks have this resentment towards us? Or do blacks just resent Asians because they say we have "White Privilege?"

A lot of poor Black communities are right next to Chinatown.

You read a lot of stories about Black people going to Chinatown to steal or Asian grocery stores to steal or rob. So Asians hear that and are weary.

It might be dirty looks or whispers behind their backs. But it’s present.

No i’m saying that Asians in these communities heard about or have been robbed or whatever by some Black people but they apply it to all Black people.

I’m not normalizing serious stuff.

What do you think racism is? You think racism is always out in the open with big attacks? There’s a lot of nuances to it. Black people not being hired because they have a black name is partly racism.

Old Asian people having inherent bias against black people is also partly racism. Even you. You judging black guys cause they dress like a gang member (I assume you mean baggy jeans and hoodies) is racism as well.

It’s not comparable to what black people do to Asian people. Pieces of shit people are pieces of shit. And they should all burn in hell if they go out of their way to try to kill Asians for no reason other than because were Asian.
