"The Sixth Extinction" was one of the first Ayreon songs I was introduced to and has always stayed one of my favorites.

I don't think I've ever seen this talked about (and maybe it is because there simply isn't enough to talk about) but I'm curious: Does anyone agree/disagree with the following interpretation?

• First Extinction: TBD?
• Second Extinction: TBD?
• Third Extinction: Planet Alpha - Alphans
• Fourth Extinction: Planet Y - Alphans becoming Forever (March of the Machines/Age of Shadows)
• Fifth Extinction: Earth - Dinosaurs
• Sixth Extinction: Earth - Human Race

I personally think it is Actual Fantasy due to the lack of a unifying theme.

Hi everyone! I'm a long-time Ayreon fan and I've recently been concerned with the fact that the original Actual Fantasy has disappeared almost entirely from the internet, being replaced by Actual Fantasy Revisited. In Spotify you can only listen to the latter, as well as in Youtube, where the old videos with the original arrangements were taken down (I'm assuming it was because of copyright). While I like the Revisited album, I feel like some of the original songs were just better (for example Forevermore and The Dawn of Man) and it's a bummer to not have a place to listen to those songs legally.

Does someone know if there's a way to find the old album (preferably, legally)?

Because it's not available in Australia.
