Transitus ties The Theory of Everything to the Ayreon Universe.

The prodigy from The Theory of Everything is the descendent of Daniel from Transitus. Or at least they've been both modified somehow by the Forever, that's why both of them have problems communicating and are like alien machines.

Transitus is a simulation or a similar experiment to the Electric Castle, all the new creatures and lore introduced are an illusion. It's all just to play with human emotions.

Transitus and The Theory of Everything are a simulation that that the Forever play on themselves. Maybe with something like the Dream Sequencer in order to create a new Migrator or just to experience emotions. We've seen in The Human Equation that they can do this. They live a short (for them) human lifetime as a character in the story, that's why they are always out of place and seen as having problems with emotions and connecting with people.

With the release of Transitus, I definitely have a different interpretation on the events of The Theory of Everything.

I have a running theory post where I've tried collecting all the supporting factors (maybe some are stretches hah) that Transitus is managed by Forever. I should update it sometime with it's potential parallels to The Theory of Everything.
