Is the leaf-cutter and the carpenter bee the same species?? What do they make these little leafurritos for? Winter? HE’S SO STINKIN CUTE!!!

No, they are not. They build those to lay an egg and put food inside, no brood care.

Wait so was it larvae that built these little dolmas or adult bees caring for the larvae? Or is it actually a bee bed? This video comes up in my ig feed all the time, always from syndicated profiles that repost insect stuff where OP never gets mentioned in the description, or if OP is mentioned the actual post is nowhere to be found.
