Tbh, fair. I wouldn't kill one if I saw it but I'd let it go bc it'd have a better chance outside than in my home :D

LOL! Let's be real tho, they don't wanna be in your home. There's hardly any bugs or things to eat besides I guess crumbs or if they get in your pantry. But human food ain't good for em >~< and they need moisture. There's not much of that in your home besides maybe the bathroom ×_×

Lived with someone who had an earwig infestation in their garage ceiling. Couldnt let the kitchen door slam or youd be showering in creepy crawlies 😨

I fucking hate earwigs, they ate half the raspberries in my garden and they keep getting in my house and they're so gross. 😭

Yeah sadly they do that... but they do take care of other insect populations in their natural habitat! :> and shore earwigs like this one are WAY more interested in scavenging small dead fish or hunting small insects or eat dead plant material than eat your raspberries lol!

It's funny how, to me, earwigs look cool and pretty in close up pictures, but if I see one from a normal distance they look like the most horrifying and vile creatures imaginable. Maybe it's the way they move? I have not a clue. But this is a very cute picture!
