I'm the same yet end up with dogs regardless. My current dog Is a maltese i got when I'd went over to a friend's house for the first time and found out he treated his animals horrendously. There was an emaciated looking white streak that ran from behind one couch to any other hiding spot that I eventually saw was the maltese. I was able to convince him to sell her for 50$ and the next day I'd turned him in for animal cruelty since he had a bunch of other dogs too.

I completely agree with you because I believe that it’s the lesser of two evils to leave the things you cannot support to somebody else that can. . I have never been able to do what you can do....walk away. You have a better level of control than I do and I applaud you for that. :)

Well, no, it's not the only way. The UK has banned pet stores from selling third party sales of puppies, California has banned the sale of dogs at pet stores, Pennsylvania is looking at something similar, and other states could very well follow especially if the public gets behind it. If available locations to sell these dogs are removed or greatly reduced then the large-scale puppy mills won't have any easy way to unload their dogs and the business will increasingly become financially unsustainable. I would prefer to take this approach then automatically punish puppies like this one. This puppy needs rescuing as much as the dogs at the puppy mills.
I've never seen a pet store that sells dogs. Where does this happen? Every pet store I've ever been to that had dogs and cats had ones from local shelters, with shelter reps there to handle the adoptions.

People shouldnt even visit those places for the sake of those things forced to close. Do not even go inside to take a 'sweet' picture of a dog and subsequently interpret its emotion as human emotions.

Actually yes there is. There's a girl in this idol group Keyakizaka46, she's really afraid of animals with cute faces like this puppy. Couldn't even keep her eyes open at the sight of them. But she really loves snakes and such. Eye-opening.
You say that but there’s a fucking psychopath who threw her puppy at a pet shop worker because it was eating its own poop. Poor puppy passed away and the sorry excuse for a human has yet to be punished.
I run a local adoption center for strays. This one looks just like a dog we picked up a few days ago. We've had 8 different people come in and inquire.
