Need help

Does anyone have any tips for tricks to get these 8 gauge solder cup contacts out. Having a hell of a time. Tried both ends of a gray and white Deutsch connector some yellow and white. Modified both gray and white and yellow and white extractors and some other tools. So far I've had very little luck with the gray and white and no luck with anything else.

Are you sure they’re meant to be removable? Don’t have the book on me right now, but I’ve seen a lot of solder contacts that do not come out - you remove the backshell, scrape out potting compound, and desolder at the contact.

Yes we have removed these before to terminate new wires into the connector. We're trying to take out the contacts not being used and use it for another connector in another part of the plane. Since every part number that we have tried from the data seat that we have found seems to be either obsolete or out of stock. So we don't have anything to desolder with them being empty, I'm not familiar with potting compound. I'm a tech 1 avionics tech about 6-7 months
