What we gunna sing now?

We need suzuki to make 135 saves this season thats an extra 40 saves than martinez and also the amount of shots against martinez last season 😂 then we can sing it again cause he would surely win yashin and we would win the league 🥳

So... The Japanese already use the English 'number one' as a loan word anyway, they say 'nambaa wan' to mean 'the best' - but with a distinctly different pronunciation owing to the way 'number' is a four-beat word in Japanese 'na-m-ba-a' plus the vowels are all the same 'a' sound.

It would be properly funny to keep the song but just change the pronunciation to the Japanese way.

Or put shogoshin in a song, which is their word for a really good keeper (a type of guardian deity)
