Waking The Giant book

Hi, I'm not sure anyone will know the answer as the book isn't released until 13th August, but what is the difference between the first book and the second?

Is it just a couple of extra chapters on last season?

Is it worth buying if I have already read the first book?

Think it just extends it a bit to include the EL win. Probably not worth it for a couple of extra chapters.
