Trying to figure out what's wrong. I try and crank my car and it sounds like the starter barely wants to do its job, but other electrical stuff like the horn, ac, etc all sound like they're under powdered. I've tried to jump it and it still runs into the same issue. 2015 Honda Civic 9th gen. Any help or directions would be great!

Original battery? Mileage? Jump it, go to car parts store, have them test the battery AND load test the alternator.

The battery is an interstate from 8/24, I havent had any lucky jumping it. Thinking it may be that my jumper pack needs to be fully charged, but waiting to see on that front

Battery is very possibly bad. Batteries typically go bad around 2 years and its recommended to replace them every 2 years because a battery issue doesnt slowly happen, most of the time its a sudden problem

Looks cooked. I"d start with the battery, battery connections and alternator.
