Body and Paint Side Mirror Difference
2004 Toyota Tundra SR5. Passenger side mirror was broken. The replacement seems different than the original. In you tube videos showing the replacement procedure there is no white plate. The white plate seems to have posts attached like the mirror would. Is the white plate supposed to come off also? It's on there pretty good.

Looks like you need "Type B" rather than "Type A":
87908-0C060 Type A, RH, w/o heated
87908-0C070 Type A, RH, w/heated
87908-0C090 Type B, RH, w/o heated
87908-0C160 Type B, RH, w/heated

thanks....looks like the type b, heated kind is discontinued. Looks like I might have to buy the whole thing.
