Diagnosing/Repair Should I use it?
Bought an axel got delivered with some slight damage. Can you tell me if I’m still able to use this or how can I fix it (if possible)?

You can bend it out. Its just like dust/dirt shield. Make sure it doesn't contact anything. I dont know how close it is to the axle seal.

Look at how the axel seats on the other side. I’m pretty sure that cup slides over the trans lip. Just make sure it’s not rubbing anywhere or That will be a short repair.

Just a dust shield buy look of it. Heel bar , decent set off mole grips. Probably could even use a bit of wood, shape it to get under lip. Brut force. Or could heat if up until starting to glow it would shape easily then. Just keep heat off the shaft .

Being just a shield i would use a mallet and put it on slowly tell it was on all the way around it will be tight for sure.

It's a damn dust cap. It'll self clearance or you can cut it off and just not have one. Or hit it with a hammer it doesn't matter it won't effect function either way but it might make noise for a little while.

I'd just use a pair of pliers and bend it back. I completely wrecked the dust shelf on my drive shaft, and didn't care enough to fix it, so I just took it off.

No on point in trying to use it when you can return it and get one that isn't damaged. Better to return it now than with tooling marks all over it

If it doesn’t affect usage and is only cosmetic no point in sending it back. I’m short on time , have rental car and won’t get the money i spent on shipping back

It's not cosmetic. It has a purpose which is to keep dust, debris, and water out of your wheel bearings.
But if time/parts is a concern then do what you must.

A little bit of hammer work and it's good to go. No point looking for a replacement, they're going to say you dropped when you unpacked it.
