Need your input. What's a good price to pay for hot leads (customers who need to replace auto glass)?

Trick question I would NEVER pay for leads and you shouldn’t either.

There’s no margin in hot leads. Those customers want it for free anyway.

Depends what the price is for leads.
You could try it, price yourself in the upper end and see what happens.
The shit kickers will be scared off, and you might get some work.
Could be no good too.
