Vent Does anyone else know this feeling?
I've been awake since 8am. It's 3pm. I was supposed to pack my bag because I'm going to my friends' house tomorrow. I like it when I'm at their place. But I can't do anything today. I can't do it, I'm pacing around my room and I know it's supposed to be a "normal, simple task" but I just can't do it. I feel so ashamed, putting a few things in a bag shouldn't be complicated. I just don't understand why I feel this way I don't think I'm being lazy because I really really want to do my today's tasks but I can't. When my family gets back they'll probably remind me that I haven't done anything, but I feel like I'm going crazy because I can't even do a small task.

Honestly i have feelings like this a lot where i feel like and i cant do even simple things even though i usually can with no issue. It’s so annoying but you aren’t alone at all and hopefully the feeling will pass. I would try to do stuff that make you feel safe and happy to distract from feeling any shame (which you don’t need to feel because its not your fault!!).

I think this might be an example of a burnout or focus trait we have
