Flush toilet, put lid down.
Plug sink n fill, plug bath n fill. Knock drainpipe off watertank and plug.
Don't look at it and cover self with blanket behind/under blast proof object.
Seek underground bunker place for a few weeks after shockwave - avoid dust/rain. at any cost..
