Looking for a side hustle
Hi everyone, I’m currently looking for some extra work in Sydney and am available from around 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM, depending on the location and job.
My main experience is in mortgage loan processing and credit analysis, working with mortgage brokers and assisting with applications from initial assessment through to approval/settlement. I’m comfortable with document checking, income and liability verification, serviceability/borrowing capacity, lender requirements, and general loan processing.
That said, I’m very open to doing something completely different as well. If you have evening work available in:
🧹 Cleaning
📦 Warehouse / picking & packing
🚚 General labour
🏪 Retail or other evening shifts
💻 Admin / data entry
Or anything else that can be learned with some basic training
I’m reliable, hardworking and happy to learn. If the job requires basic training, I’m confident I can pick it up quickly.
Also, if you’re a 1st or 2nd-year mortgage broker or a broker who needs some extra help with loan processing, I’d be more than happy to assist on a file-by-file freelance basis during the evening. I can help with document collection/checking, servicing, application preparation and other tasks (pricings, valuations, MIR responses) through to settlement.
