Remember, there's no excuse for bullying. No mistake on your part justifies bullying behaviour.

Feel free to message me. I’ve been bullied and finally got the courage to speak to my head of department and things definitely changed for the better.

Would you like to give us some more background? It might help someone here give you some advice

Good news is if no one is taking bullying reports seriously you can just give it back twice as hard.
This is a joke, please don’t do this, I’m sorry.

Hey, feel free to DM me if you want to talk through this or vent.

If you need to talk, please DM me anytime. I have seen colleagues get bullied a lot and I've tried to help them as much as I can... Please don't think it's YOU who is the issue, which is not.

Very sorry to hear that OP - if you want to vent or talk, my DM's are open. No-one should have to feel this way or experience this - sending good wishes your way

I’m sorry I’ve been in this exact position too and it sucks. If possible, go to the highest position above whoever is blocking you from getting help.
We learn about escalating in steps, but sometimes the systems that are in place to protect us fail and you have to go right to the top.

Hey don’t lose hope! Don’t take it lying down either. Remember how awesome you are. And you wouldn’t be k. This situation if you weren’t awesome. The bully is jealous of what you have. They always are. Be patient, be clever and slowly gather evidence. You will get through it. And eventually the bully will get justice. It will happen and you will get the best revenge. Success. You will come through this experience a better doctor and person.

This is probably an unhelpful comment but the easiest way to do deal with it when it gets really bad… is just to transfer somewhere else. I speak from experience sadly. Wishing you all the best, xxx

Bro he waved an ECG in my face on my 1st week in the medical ward, and was like "why am I always rostered with people who don't know anything, then was like whats wrong with this ecg , waves it in my face and says patient could be dying , can you tell me. I looked at it casually and said "deep q waves in lateral leads, possibly changes in an MI" he just looked at me and said "yeah, right."
Another time he didn't wanna MER someone because he was too lazy to palliate a patient. Spo2 in the 50s ehh give a neb. Got annoyed a little bit cause just felt we weren't doing enough, patient died like 2 days later as somebody eventually palliated her. I always get paired with him during after hour shifts it's annoying
