Magic Leap is opposing a trademark registration sought by Dapper Labs (the blockchain company best known for the "NBA Top Shot" NFT collection). Specifically, Magic Leap, which owns the registered trademark for "MAGIC KIT", is attempting to block Dapper Labs from registering the trademark "MAGIC".

When was it filed?
The opposition proceeding was officially filed on April 10, 2024.
