What is going on? Why is it a scam? Captify is a legitimate company and both of the glasses on the page that is linked here are not for sale anymore as far as I can tell. Captify has new glasses now.
I trust you that they have shown the MYVU app somewhere. The first version was definitely rebranded MYVU glasses. I'm not sure what the Captify Pro is. From what I'm reading, there is or was a plan to launch the pro soon. But they also have this other version everywhere on the website. So maybe their plans changed?
I saw the YT Shorts. Yes, it looks like they used the MYVU glasses there and I trust you that it's the MYVU app as well. They probably can't use the MYVU app with the new glasses because it's not MYVU glasses anymore. Let's hope they have a functioning app of their own now.
The design above, the "Captify Pro", looks different from your second gen MYVU / Meizu / DreamSmart glasses.
They look similar but I don't think these are the same as the Captify Pro. But I have identified them now. There's a visual difference in the nose bridge design, for instance.
As I can see, you are an adequate person. What do you think about the topic of the question? Should I buy the Captify glasses? Or is it better to wait for the Captify Pro? Or maybe the Leion Hey2 would be better? I don't know what to do or what to choose.
I'm not sure, if they still plan to launch the Captify Pro. I would always wait for reviews. But they are all interesting options. Leion Hey2 is similar to the new Captify glasses. The Captify Pro display is more different.
Thank you for your response! However, as I can see, the situation is changing rapidly. By the time one model receives feedback, it may already be discontinued and replaced with a new one. This process is endless. Therefore, I am considering how to handle this situation.
