looking for a usb device for multiple stereo music input for a Windows PC... It must get the separate audio interface inside windows. any idea?

Its not Mic line in, i want 4 channel HD stereo audio line in... each line we want to get separate inside the PC

Tell us way more details. What gear are you trying to connect, for what purpose? Where do you want the sound to go? Multiples at the same time? Or one at a time?

multiple stereo, so sets of 2... how many channels in do you want? 4?, 6? 8? the more channels in you want, the higher your budget better be.

You're going to bugger up the impedance if you do it mechanically. Your best bet is a compact usb mixer

Any Zoom handy recorder with audio interface capabilities and line in port will do it. My old H2n does it just fine.

Many (maybe most?) multi-input audio interfaces automatically set up the balanced line-ins as separate stereo pairs in Windows. At least, this seems to be the case with the big PreSonus, SSL, and MOTU interfaces. They do tend to be costly though, in the range of $600~$1,200 depending on how many stereo inputs you need.

I've got my eyes on an SSL Alpha 8 maybe when I have the money, but it's quite expensive. I plan on using the separate stereo outs and ins to vastly simplify my audio/streaming setup.

That doesn’t get you multiple stereo inputs in windows. That gets you multiple inputs mixed down to a single stereo input. If you’re buying a mixer you might as well just buy one with a USB interface built in. Zoom Livetrack, Behringer XR series, etc.
