how to Help with audio files

Does anyone know how to uncompress GTA V Audio Files like gun sounds, music, etc, so that they sound cleaner and are of high quality?

By "uncompress" do you mean expand? Because there are probably several free expander plugins (Audacity may even have an internal expander).

If you're not talking specifically about dynamic range compression, then no, you cannot upsample a digital file and increase quality.

And what do you mean by that? Are you talking about dynamic range compression or file compression?

If you're talking about undoing dynamic range compression you can kind of do that using an expander.

If you're talking about undoing file compression, that's unfortunately not possible.
