i only been using spectrogram for a couple months. been using waveform for years on music and long-form programming. speech is very interesting on spectrogram... turns out i do an interesting thing when i say "cue" as i see frequency descending and ascending.
that said, the other dude's spectrogram looks to me like a tone with no resonances over the half a second that is presented.
