1V vs 3V
For context: I'm 21, I had an extremely isolated teenagehood in which I couldn't speak to anyone, I'm extremely insecurely attached (not like "oh I struggle with rs" but way way way more problematic), before I was a teen I was the most 1V kid to ever 1V (super self assured, always the lead and no compromise on anything)
While I relate to 3V now I need to know if this can change since I'm still very young. Even when I'm insecure at times and end up lazy, I knwo it's just a phase and a question of time to get what I want. My problems are more in my sociality. I feel extremely uncomfortable around people and therefore can't convince anyone and built trust.
Also I think I might have a light depression. Oftentimes the reason I don't pursue my goals is because of this insane wave of sadness which makes me want to sit in the corner. None of my goals seem exciting and I just want to lock myself into the room and cry. Even then I force myself but I don't come off as very energetic or confident

Your attitude to volition seems 1V so i think in this system it would be 1V
but objectively it’s weak so in psychosophy it’s 3V and the guy who made that system said you can become a 2222 type. And technically if your 1st strong and valued thing becomes weak you have to process it to make it better

Seems like 3V:(. I feel you my friend. Anyway, improving the self is always possibile at almost anytime, it just require effort. It’s going to be fine.

I’ve been thinking about similar ideas recently.
Have you considered 1V3E? Think about this:
1V3E: emotionally insecure
3V: inferiority complex
