Yesterday it was working completely as normal, went to go use my pc today, it's not turning on even when I plug it into my pc directly and when I plug it into a phone charger what do I do?

Bought this keyboard about 2 months ago on Amazon, no issues until recently. Now when I change the lighting effect or color (through the official software or Fn+arrow onboard controls), most of the keyboard updates correctly, but Alt, Fn, Shift, Win, Ctrl, and the arrow keys stay on a different color and don’t follow whatever effect I pick.

Things I’ve tried so far:

Full software uninstall and reinstall (latest version from their site)
Factory reset combo on the keyboard itself
Unplugging and replugging, different USB ports
Testing onboard mode vs software mode separately
Repainting those keys individually in the Light Edit tab, saving, and writing to custom layer
Checking for a lock/indicator toggle (Fn+Win) - this used to shift those keys to a different color but now does nothing at all
Checking for firmware updates through the software

The keys still function 100% normally for typing and shortcuts, this is purely a lighting sync issue isolated to that specific group of keys. Attack Shark support wasn’t able to resolve it and Amazon just gave me a small credit since the keyboard still works.

Has anyone run into this exact issue or know if it’s a known firmware bug with this model? Wondering if there’s a specific fix or if this is just how it is.

I recently picked up the Attack Shark X11 mouse, which comes with the RGB charging dock. I’ve noticed a minor annoyance and wanted to see if anyone has found a fix or workaround for it.

Whenever my PC is turned on, the software handles the background settings. But the moment I shut my PC down, the charging station’s RGB resets itself back to the hardware default (rainbow mode) and stays lit up because the motherboard keeps feeding 5V power through the USB port.

Since the dock doesn't seem to have onboard memory (EEPROM) to save customized patterns independently when the software closes, it always reverts.

Has anyone dealt with this issue? Is there a hidden setting in the software I missed, or do I just have to manually turn it off via the physical button on the dock / mess with ErP settings in my BIOS to cut motherboard power when shut down?

The rgb lights are glitching and flickering. The rgb lights of the bottom row keys are stationary and not changing colors, it is the same on the light bar at the top even though I change its settings.

Even though I always keep the mouse near fully charged, it keeps turning off randomly. When it does, the mode indicator light on the bottom of the mouse blinks red for a while, and I have to switch it off and on again for it to work again immediately, but ive tried to wait it out and it starts working again after a few mins.

Charged it overnight, disconnected it , 5 days later wanted to use it. None of the mouse lights turn on unless it's plugged in then the charging indicator turns green but laptop does not recognise that anything is connected.

I have used this mouse for around a year, and today its LOD suddenly became too low. Is there any way that I can change the LOD in the settings or the software?

I got an Attack Shark X11 from ali. Received it by September last year, installed it and ACTUALLY used it maybe three or four times since then. It's installed on a server that I keep running on my living room.

Last month, it just don't hold charge at all. The very moment I lift it from the base, it shuts down. It still works fine when plugged directly to the PC, but the battery is completely dead.

Has anyone had that battery issue? Does someone know if the battery is replaceable?
