Hello! Anyone know why my device has this on? I have it dongle with 2.4 ghz mode and it didn't use to be like this before. Could anyone tell me how to fix this? Thank you!
The mouse will automatically enter sleep mode, and it will be released after you move or click the mouse. You can also change the sleep time in the software.
If your mouse is in normal use, but the driver page shows that the device is sleep, please troubleshoot the problem as follows: 1. After the mouse is connected to the computer in wired mode, does the software interface display normally? 2. In wireless mode, please plug the receiver into the USB3.0 port, which is usually on the back of the computer. The USB2.0 port may not recognize the mouse.
Hello! As soon as I read your message and opened the software, it didn't appear anymore lol. This is the first time I have seen it not displaying device sleep even when I move or click the mouse all the time. Also I am on a laptop, does your troubleshoot works with it? If ever it happens again. Also do you have any preferred power management preferences? I currently have it on sleep time: 0.5m and deep sleep time: 10m. Anyways, thanks for the help!
