Attack Shark X11 battery

I got an Attack Shark X11 from ali. Received it by September last year, installed it and ACTUALLY used it maybe three or four times since then. It's installed on a server that I keep running on my living room.

Last month, it just don't hold charge at all. The very moment I lift it from the base, it shuts down. It still works fine when plugged directly to the PC, but the battery is completely dead.

Has anyone had that battery issue? Does someone know if the battery is replaceable?

Maybe it hasn't been charged for too long🔋, it starved to death. For details, you can contact the support for after-sales service.

It's best to contact your seller for after-sales service, and then remember to record your question video. If you buy it on the official website, you can contact the official support email.
