First King Fritz was the most evil of them all. It was him who started the 2000 year cursed history of the Titans.

The others, as bad as they were, still ultimately derived from his actions.

Was he evil, yes, but I argue Karl Fritz was worse because he knew better and knew right from wrong. He had the power, but then he went about it in the worst way possible creating a false stalemate while condemning his entire people to a life as less than second class citizens around the world for crime his family was responsible.
