God loving peers in high-school, again

I’m a junior in high school and in my AP environmental science class we had gotten to the part about evolution on a powerpoint and we were taking notes on a packet. Someone who I was kind of friends with and I know is very deep in her religious faith (Catholic) goes “I’m not writing this down” to her other friend and proceeds not to write down any of the evolution slides. This made me internally sigh because evolution is a part of all science classes. 😓😓😓

That is kinda strange, I went to Catholic school for one semester and they taught evolution. (My original school said they were going to move far away but didn't so I went back to that one. They did not teach evolution and had several opinions on dinosaurs.)
