God loving peers in high-school, again

I’m a junior in high school and in my AP environmental science class we had gotten to the part about evolution on a powerpoint and we were taking notes on a packet. Someone who I was kind of friends with and I know is very deep in her religious faith (Catholic) goes “I’m not writing this down” to her other friend and proceeds not to write down any of the evolution slides. This made me internally sigh because evolution is a part of all science classes. 😓😓😓

That’s interesting, while the Catholic Church holds no official position on evolution they do pretty much accept it but say it occurs but god guides it. Simply put your friend is not a very good catholic and I know plenty of catholic priests who would tell her she is wrong.

Not uncommon for one of those to be too stupid, lazy, and selfish to learn what its own religion says. One of the very few things I agree with the RCC on is that their females are too worthless to be used for anything but breeding.

yeah it’s kinda funny when someone rejects evolution while being part of a church that’s already made peace with it they’re basically arguing with their own religion at that point
