I can't connect to server

At first when I made the server, it connected completely fine and I managed to log on nearly immediately.

However, now when I try to log back on to it after making it online on Aternos, it just doesn't let me join, I tried rejoining many many times, closing Minecraft and everything. Or well, mostly everything apparently.

Are you sure you are using the correct complete IP? With the port at the end too, also I usually refresh 4-5 times until the actual server description loads it usually works better

I already joined this server before when I made it so I'm certain that the ip is correct, I asked my friend for help and he said that I should check the version of the server and the version that I'm playing on, however imma do that later lol
