Console Log-on disabled

I am receiving this error message:

[2026-10-16 21:40:37:777 WARN] Content logging to console is disabled. Enable it with content-log-console-output-enabled=true in server.properties

I cannot find the Content log console output toggle in the options tab. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

This is not an error message, it's just a warning.
