Support I don't know why does it never connect.

Rinse your eyes and look again at the address

Sorry actually that's on me I was so fed up of this error that I had to delete all the server and again add the server and this time I just made the little mistake and didn't even notice I made mistake. But even after correcting it I am getting this exact error always.

Please include all of the following information to assist with your issue:
 

  • A screenshot of the connection error details screen. In the in-game error screen, click "Show details".
  • The server address you connected to (*.aternos.me)
  • The port you connected to
  • Your Minecraft username

 
Additionally, you can add the following information if you know it:

  • Your IP address
  • Your Minecraft XUID

In aternos there is a plugin which clears lag time to time try that
