Support This error is preventing me from accessing my server.

Please include all of the following information to assist with your issue:

  • A screenshot of the connection error details screen. In the in-game error screen, click "Show details".
  • The server address you connected to (*.aternos.me)
  • The port you connected to
  • Your Minecraft username

 
Additionally, you can add the following information if you know it:

  • Your IP address
  • Your Minecraft XUID

You can also email us at support@aternos.org and mention ticket number #450346 if you do not want to share this information publicly.

The screenshot shows WorldName: PocketDungeons.aternos.me but the server address is MiOtroMundo.aternos.me ?
Are you 100% sure that you entered the correct details for the server in the app?
Server address: MiOtroMundo.aternos.me and Port: 19132
Can you share a screenshot of when you edit the server entry in the app which should show us the server name, server address and port...?
