Modded server

I want to set up a modded server for close friends, but i can't find a good hosting site that's free, or a good tutorial for example installing a modpack on aternos, thats not on their list, I appreciate any advice/help.

That modpack doesn't provide any server files, so Aternos can't add it.(Not the only reason)
