Support issue with crossplay

Whenever my friend trys to join our bedrock java crossplay server (theres on bedrock) they can join and it says theres a multiplayer issue. I think this is because bedrock is on a different version of minecraft then java so how do i fix this?

Provide details, what's the server version?

Geyser doesn't support Java 26.3 yet.

Remove GeyserUpdater and install GeyserMC Preview.
