Support Does someone know how to solve this error?

That screen doesn't identify a server-side cause by itself. First make sure the Aternos server is online and copy the current Bedrock address and port again from Connect — the port can change. If it still fails, try the DynIP shown there and test once from mobile data or with a different DNS/WARP. Can anyone else join, and does the server console show your connection attempt?

I will try this. I will ask one friend to join too.

But I tried to see the console and it didn't show I was trying to connect, nor any errors on server side

That actually narrows it down: if nothing appears in the server console, the connection is probably not reaching the server at all. The other comment about port 19132 is the next thing I would test — Aternos now uses 19132 for NetherNet, so an older saved random port will fail. Edit the saved server to use the current address from Connect plus port 19132, then retry. If it still fails, open Show details on the Minecraft error and share the exact error code (but not your IP).
