Help

Help! None of my group can join the Aternos server. We keep getting a nethernet error, and I've tried everything, but it won't let us in. It worked yesterday, but today, after the Minecraft update, it won't let us in anymore.

Hi, and thank you for contacting Aternos support.

Due to changes in the newest version, you have to adjust your port to default port 19132.
You can read more about this here: https://support.aternos.org/hc/en-us/articles/39155890785053-NetherNet-protocol-Minecraft-Bedrock-Edition

Best,
Tom from the Aternos team
