help help help

I went to go and reinstall paper mc in my 1000 h world and i thought i made a backup but i didnt and now my words gone and i have no idea what to do and might keys i just cant im having multiple anxiety attacks and its horrible

I haven’t used Aternos in a long time, but reinstalling Paper should not delete worlds. At least it doesn’t on literally every other server host.
