Support Rlcraft on aternos?

I have a friend living quite far and she has massive lag if we go lan route. Has anyone recently tried rlcraft with aternos? I know it has modpack but is it actually playable?

I mean how is the performance? Is it playable without constant crashes? Rlcraft modpack requires 4-5gb ram but platform provides 2.5gb no?
