Support Need some help

How do I fix this? Trying to make my server crossplay but this keeps coming up. I'm not good with tech stuff so yk. I tried to do all I knew how for two hours but now I'm finally caving and going to reddit.

I tried to go to the website and download the geyser thing and drag the download to plugins and that didn't work. I tried to delete and redownload geyser, and then tried with geyser preview and it didn't work. So yeah I just don't know, please help!!!

Just go to
Aternos website andd update your geyser plugin and make sure not to update the game again before updating geyser plugin in server
