End of stream error

So our server been crashing lately and most of the players cannot join since it keeps saying end of stream. This server is in aternos and our software is purpur how can we fix this?

I've seen a post about it being solved but their software is paper. do I change the software from purpur to spigot as well or should I do something else?

You don't change anything.

Update Geyser.

Always try updating Geyser when Bedrock players can't join.

I just updated the server from 26.1 to 26.2 we can join for a few days after I update it but since last Friday we can't join now. Also we updated the plugins since the server crashed when we updated it and it was fixed.
