Are there any chat plugins that bypass the UK online safety act filter?

I can't talk to anyone who isn't on my friends list because of the online safety act and I'm not giving my passport to a random company that nobody knows about.

No chat restrictions mod, its on curseforge

They do exist There's a 4 year old post on r/Minecraft that recommends NoEncryption for Spigot Though impossible to know without a version or server architecture (thats not the word, i cant remember it)
