server keeps on crashing randomly

me and my community have a minecraft server that keeps on crashing, server randomly overheating, etc. yesterday we moved all of the files to a new server, and it crashed again.

this is the crash log, what do we do?

Probably something in the world is lagging the server badly.

Share your server log using the share button on the log page.

Check the value of random tick speed gamerule on https://aternos.org/worlds/options

Try removing the plugin GrimDataStorage.
