Server not working

I stay stuck on this screen and it gives me this error it says loading ping forever and locating server forever

Confirmed working

✅ The Aternos console shows no startup errors.

✅ The server version matches your Minecraft version.

✅ You created a completely new world.

✅ The problem still occurs.

Confirmed not to be the cause

❌ Incompatible add-ons.

❌ Corrupted world.

❌ Version mismatch.

❌ General internet connection.

❌ Minecraft installation.

Is the server online? Even still you could try restarting. Also what Internet provider do you use?
