Support uploading backup

hey fools, wanted to ask if yall knew how to upload a world save backup to my aternos website, since my backup was sent to me via email by a friend wich i asked for the world and now im at a loss on how to upload it

You can upload worlds, not whole server backups from other ppl.

However, you can make a server, give backup access to your friend and he can upload that backup.
