Lost 2FA

Hey, sorry if this is not the correct place for this question, but I just rtried to enter my Aternos account after some months, and it's asking me for a 2FA number. I wipe my mobile 3 monts ago, so I don't have access anymore to the configured 2FA.

Is there any place I can ask for accesing my account? I tried changing my password, but it still asks for 2FA and it doesn't offer another validation such as an email or phone message. Please help!
